At Field Trip Flowers, we provide a sophisticated alternative to the traditional floral industry. By moving away from mass-market floral imports and conventional, high-waste design methods, we offer a truly authentic design experience that prioritizes locally grown flowers and eco-friendly design methods.

Our Full Service Design package is for those looking for a trusted, floral partnership throughout the entire planning process - from the first consultation to last call at the venue, we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Full service design includes:

Three consultations throughout the planning process (on-boarding, design deep-dive, and finalizations)

Customized proposal and mood board

Collaboration and planning with other vendors

All transport with on-site set up and clean up

Access to hardware and structural rentals

Minimum for 2027: $6,000.00

Farm-to-Vase Service

A la carte flowers for special occasions and intimate events.

Our Farm-to-Vase service is a la carte and commitment free - refined design, made effortless. This service is for those who appreciate intentional floral design but do not require full service, on-site set up, or floral installations. Ideal events include elopements, intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, or dinner parties.

How it works:

1. Select your items - Browse our a la carte designs and choose the quantities that fit your guest count and space.

2. Choose your palette - Select the palette and tonal direction, we’ll curate the best of local flower availability to bring it to life.

3. Place your order - All orders must be placed at least two months in advance. On the day of your event, your flowers will be curated, designed, packaged, and ready for delivery or studio pick up.

Farm-to-vase service includes:

One, on-boarding consultation to discuss event details, floral vision, and the full scope of service

Stress-free, curated flowers without the contracts

Flexibility to adjust order up to 30 days out

Access to our a la carte hardware rentals

Available for studio pick up or delivery (delivery fee based on distance)

Minimum for 2026/27: $1,000.00
